The Night Menagerie Lumbar Cushion Cover

A leopard, a zebra and colourful birds share a patch of palms against deep black. The dark background gives the wildlife room to emerge, turning this small rectangle into a scene worth lingering over.

Described by the supplier as cotton velvet, the cover brings a soft texture to its detailed jungle print. Its 30 × 50 centimetre proportions let the scene stretch across the front of larger cushions without disappearing into the arrangement.

Set it against cream upholstery to bring the outlines into focus, or pair it with caramel leather and a textured throw. Keep a neighbouring cushion plain if you want the animals to command attention; introduce a narrow stripe if you prefer a little more company.

The best wildlife watching may now be from the sofa.
